A Public Hearing before the Development Review Board of the Village of Enosburg Falls will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, commencing at 6:30 pm at the Emergency Services Building, 83 Sampsonville Road, Enosburg Falls, Vt., to consider the following agenda items:

6:35 pm        an application submitted by Robert Bonk, Brian Bonk and Valentine Bonk of Champlain Chevrolet for a Variance concerning an application for a Sign permit pursuant to the Enosburg Falls Village Land Use & Development Regulations, Article 3-Section 3.4, and Article 4-Section 4.12.  The property is located at 57 Missisquoi Street in the Village of Enosburg Falls, VT., in the Central Business District.  Parcel ID#MQ0057 containing 1.54 acres and commercial building.

7:15 pm        an application for building permit and an application for Private Sewage Disposal System submitted by Gregory J. Spaulding and Sandra W.
