*Auto Pay Users 

AutoPay Users – If you previously were signed up for AutoPay with the Village, you will NEED TO RE-REGISTER YOUR AUTOPAY USING ACH BANK DRAFT ONLY!  Effective June 16th you will no longer be able to use a debit or credit card for AutoPay.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW WITH THE NEW BILLING SOFTWARE

  • Everyone will be issued a NEW account number!  If you currently have an email on file with us, you will receive a welcome email that will have your new account number along with links on how to register with SmartHub and information on downloading the SmartHub App!  Any questions on your account number, call us at the office, 802-933-4443.
  • The Village will NO LONGER process any credit or debit cards in the office or over the phone.  You will be required to go online or call the credit card processing number (this number will be provided Monday June 16th) to process any credit or debit card payments.
